• The terms and circumstances under which Apnaslot will offer the Services to the User through the Website and Application are outlined in this User Agreement (the "Agreement"). Additional to this Agreement, and depending on the Services selected by the User, the User must read and accept any applicable Terms of Service. Please note that Apnaslot reserves the right to amend or modify this document at any time without prior notice.The contents of this Agreement shall prevail in the event of a discrepancy between such TOS and such Agreement.
• The User agrees not to use the Website for any purpose prohibited by this Agreement by accepting this TOS.It includes any purpose, express or implied, or any purpose that is prohibited by any law currently in force, within or outside India.
• This warranty is a requirement for using the Website. Furthermore, the Website may not be used in any manner that would overload, disable, damage, or otherwise negatively affect it. By doing this, you will be interfering with another party's use and/or enjoyment of the website.
• The User shall not use any method that was not specifically made available on the Website to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information.
• The website and related services may be terminated by Apnaslot at any time, without notice at its sole discretion.
• Make sure the entered personal information, including the card information, is accurate. Once generated, Booking IDs cannot be modified, cancelled, or given a refund.
• Make sure the booking IDs are stored securely and are always in your possession or the possession of anyone you regard to be the authorized or legitimate holder of them. Anyone in possession of the Booking Id may swap it for an actual seat with further verification of the holder's identity if mandated by individual library.
• Make sure the Booking lds aren't compromised or sold again.
• If you come across someone selling printouts or SMS messages of Booking IDs that we have generated, do not entertain them. Instead, report them to the local police department and to us at support@apnaslot.com right away.
• The owner of a Booking Id that we have generated has the right to swap it for an actual seat. We will never sell you Booking Ids; the same does not, by itself, constitute a legitimate seat.
• The holder of a booking id generated was entitled to a valid seat. It is your responsibility to confirm that the owner is the legitimate owner and to prevent tampering with or abusing the booking.
