Yes, the app provides downloadable csv reports and summaries.

9. Does the app generate invoices for me and my students?
Yes, invoices can be downloaded and shared directly.

10. Do I need any special hardware (like scanners or tablets)?
No special hardware is needed. A smartphone or PC with internet access is enough.

11. How will students find my library on the app?
Your library will be listed with its name, address, and seat details, making it easy for students to locate.

You can still manage walk-ins manually and update the app when back online.

16. Will students be able to pay through the app, and how do I get paid?

We offer 11am –  6pm support via chat, email, and phone.
